Cargo Gantley was has a cosy and welcoming aura the second you walk in! The staff were amazing and very helpful and when they brought the food we realised we ordered more than we could handle! Nonetheless, the food was great and we would definitely come back if we were to visit again!

Our first degustation as a whānau - loved by all. The food was elegant, tantalising, and satisfying. The ambiance was warm, intimate and classy. Knowledgeable and inviting staff.

Excellent service, and very nice atmosphere~ The degustation menu is subject to change. The food was pretty good but not the best. The chef was very nice given us a bounus dish.

Reception staff really warm and friendly. The guys that assisted with the jump were great. Completely put my mind at ease and helped me feel confident to do it. Im completely scared of heights and will definitely not forget this experience ever!!!!!

The ambiance, the service and the food were all spectacular. We chose the six course degustation menu and then added the wine to compliment the dishes. Each wine complimented the course perfectly and added to the enjoyment of the food. We will definitely come back on our return to Queenstown.

We just love tenpin bowling. As a family we played 4 games while in Queenstown this week on holiday. We are fiercy competitive. First game we l did well. Next game we all had a beat our last scores and the winner was the person who got higher than last game. My son shamed himself on the first game so was determined to win. He did and got presented with an old trophy we got from op shop in Cronwell. My husband and I had 2 games another day and had loads if fun. Such a great team building thing to to. Thankyou so much. I hope to get the trophy next time

Went with my family. Had a great time bowling here, great environment. We had a lot of fun and we got quite competitive. We weren't familiar with the controls, but a worker helped us around it. Before our booking we played some games in the lobby. We had lots of laughs here. Will be back.

We enjoyed ourselves right from walking in the door with friendly customer service to putting shoes on to choosing our bowling balls to getting a couple of strikes . Our children throughly enjoyed themselves too squealing with excited from start to finish being so happy to try something new. Fun affordable family fun .

Our time was 2pm and they only opened at 2:30. Except this, bowling and good service.

Grabbed a deal arrived early and was able to play. Nice little spot for a bit of cheap family time. The guy at counter was lovely.

It’s my second time to visit onsen and always has the best experience. The view was picture perfect. Staff were very accommodating. Indeed an exceptional experience and we’ll definitely come back again and again.

Soo amazing! I have seen many pictures of people's visits here so knew what to expect but it still amazed us! The pool rooms were so clean and tidy, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the views were just incredible. Would definitely recommend adding this to your Queenstown itinerary :)

This was our second visit to Onset and it didn't disappoint. Try and time your visit with the sunset for some seriously amazing colours reflecting on the snow capped mountains in front of you. We added the $25 indulge package to our soak which included bubbles, trad ion a lot New Zealand ice cream, water, towels and an oil burner which smelt incredible. My only whinge and this is really going on a Kim would be sharing the small piccolo of bubbles.. one each would be ideal but that's just me being greedy! We'll be back.

This was the loveliest place on earth from the gorgeous foyer to the spa and even the showers!!!! Everything was beyond amazing! The view cannot be described, it was so so beautiful! We had the Tandeki package which was well worth it and we went at 1pm which was amazing! couldn't recommend them more✨

My wife and I visited onsen for Mothers Day the team were amazingly hospitable the facilities were first class we absolutely loved it and would very much do it again and recommend it to anyone

Very enjoyable soak in the tub with breathtaking views & surroundings. Spiced up with bubbles , ice cream & chocolate- we had a blast and will be back . Hallelujah- ONSEN ROCKS ;)

We had the most wonderful experience at the pools. The view just breathtaking. The pools were so good. We did not want to leave. This experience is a must for everyone. We chilled out afterwards with herbal tea and chocolate. The staff were courteous and very welcoming , including the bus drivers. Thankyou Onsen for the wonderfull, experienced we will be back.

The hot pool has a very good privacy, no disturbs by others. With amazing view as well, especially in this freezing season. The place is quite cosy and staffs are friendly. I hope I can stay longer. I have booked another day to experience the night time pool.

My husband and I went in August at 8.30am and it was amazing, clear blue sky, sun was out, was nice and brisk outside, stunning views of snowy mountains, the jet boat sped past just as we were about to leave. Was lovely and peaceful and would most definitely do it again... maybe at night next time! Thankyou for an enjoyable relaxing experience!

As honeymooners we find Onsen a special treat. The experience is exactly as described. If booking in the summer, don't bother shelling out more money for the twilight session because the sun sets so late and the last booking is 8pm so you won't see the stars like the promo photos. Happy with my decision. The deal is pretty sweet and I would recommend bookme for future activities.

Great experience that lived up to my expectations. The Onsen staff, were so helpful and welcoming. Very well presented facilities throughout the complex. Our tub and bay was clean, the water warm with various options for the jet stream control for bubbles, lovely shower and towels available. Great choice of snacks and drinks to chose from. Stunning views of the Shotover River and we were spoilt by fresh snowfall on the surrounding mountains. Loved that the Onsen lived up to our expectations! Ataahua, beautiful!
