We really enjoyed our visit to The Bathhouse Spa Queenstown. The staff were lovely and welcoming, and the whole experience was very relaxing. We booked a 90-minute session, which felt like the perfect amount of time to enjoy all the facilities without feeling rushed. The complimentary towels and quality amenities were a nice touch, and the relaxing music added to the overall atmosphere. The bathhouse offers a range of pools, saunas, steam rooms and relaxation spaces, making it a great place to unwind after a busy day in Queenstown.
We would definitely return. The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is the price. While we thoroughly enjoyed the experience, we feel the standard rate of $119 per person is a little on the expensive side. We'd happily book again through BookMe or a special deal, as it offers much better value for money. Overall, a fantastic and relaxing experience that we would recommend.
