I would give zero stars if that were an option. The staff member welcoming passengers on board did not say a single word to me and my partner when we entered. At first, we thought it might not be intentional, but the same thing happened again when we left.
He thanked every other passenger, but when he saw us, he stopped speaking entirely. This behavior felt discriminatory and made us feel very uncomfortable.
Respect should be shown to everyone, regardless of their background—not just to certain groups. I have lived in Australia for the past 7 years and have never experienced anything like this before.
This was very disappointing and not what I expected. I hope the management takes this seriously and ensures all guests are treated equally and respectfully.
