The ride itself was fun, but what ruined it for us is the complete failure of KJet’s promise to capture the moment. Before boarding, we were assured that the jet boat had a camera system recording everything. Trusting their word, we left our own 360 camera in the drop bag area, only to later find out that the boat’s camera system was not working at all. As a result, we have absolutely no photos or videos to remember this once-in-a-lifetime activity. This was especially heartbreaking because it was our anniversary trip — something we had been looking forward to and wanted to treasure forever. Instead, we are left with nothing but disappointment. For a company that promotes its camera system as part of the experience, this is completely unacceptable. At the very least, KJet should have informed customers beforehand or offered some compensation, but instead we were simply told after the fact that “the system wasn’t working.” We feel let down and misled, and sadly cannot recommend KJet to anyone who values memories as much as the activity itself.
