Malia said... Not great. We've been to other hot tubs in Queenstown and surrounding areas, which we enjoyed more than this one. The staff on-site, on this night, was not hospitable at all - not a smile on check-in, telling us that we needed to be out by 8.30pm especially because it was the last session of the night (despite paying for a full-hour) etc. We were out before then anyway. No great views - just city lights, and a big tree in the way of the water, towels not great, no instructions on water temp or music etc..

Facilities are ok, hospitality lacking
