I booked the Pure Milford – Milford Sound Cruise several months before the departure date, and the entire experience was smooth and memorable from start to finish. From the booking process, boarding, cruising, and disembarkation, everything was well organized and seamless.
The captain and crew were friendly, knowledgeable, and approachable throughout the journey. One crew member who was stationed on the outdoor deck even alerted us when dolphins were spotted nearby, which made the experience even more special.
It was truly an enjoyable and unforgettable cruise. Although we visited on a dry day and did not get to see the famous "thousands" of waterfalls, the trip was still absolutely worth it. The breathtaking scenery, majestic mountains, and stunning sea views made for an incredible experience that I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Milford Sound.
