Had a nice time there
It was a lovely experience for my parents, who were visiting from Sri Lanka. Although it was quite cold inside, we had a very pleasant time. The staff were very friendly and checked on us several times. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Not worth it
It's appreciable to see the ice sculptures inside. But cannot spend an hour in -12°c for long. And the jackets / gloves they provide are not good enough for the cold.

Something Different
An enjoyable experience with our adult children. Was fun having a cocktail with no ice to have to manoeuvre around.

Queenstown fun adventure
love book me easy and great way to look into adventures. Ice bar was a blast Icey one at that but so Cool, the Jet boat is a must for an Hour great way to see around the lake and more views of Queenstown beautiful and fun if you like speed and getting a little bit wet. Awesome all-round trip
