Overall good
The whole process is smooth. Guidance and instructions provided properly. Staff, loader and pilot were very polite and welcoming. The flight experience was very good.. amazing views. 20 mins passed very quickly. The flight time should be increased for that price.

Short Glacial Overview
We had great experience with the team. They were very friendly. We had to change the schedule do to bad weather but the company was very supportive and solved the problem with ease.

Replacement tour good
I bought this as a gift for my partner; he had a good time and it was great to see the glacier. Unfortunately due to weather we had to rebook ~3 times and instead of the neave snow landing they just did an alpine landing not on the snow (and told us this change of route would get a partial refund but we didn't get one). Overall I think it was a great, unique experience. I would recommend booking before the glacier completely retreats and book early during your stay as it is highly weather dependent.
