Awesome cruise
Beautiful, stable catamaran boat. Larger than the smallest boats, but still gets up close and personal with the waterfalls and wild life! And plenty of room to be seated or wander the outdoor deck areas. Entertaining commentary from the captain :) Milford Sound speaks for itself! Make the effort to get there for the early cruise. We did the 11am, so not so many people, and no large tour groups! When we got back from our cruise, the terminal was heaving with more than 5 x the number of people for the earlier cruise! Onboard team were friendly and courteous!

Bad customer service
I reached on time and waited 15 min in the queue, Customer representative told we delayed by 5 minutes. And charges extra $20/adult to move our booking to next slot.

Pure magic
The weather forecast was a little unfavourable, but we booked the Pure Milford 1.5 hour cruise, despite it. We enjoyed it immensely, the scenery and moods of the fiord were spectacular. Bursts of sunshine on the water and peaks highlighted how special the whole landscape is. Our boat captain was excellent, his commentary informative and amusing.
