A flotation session will reset your body and mind to a state of complete relaxation - a 1 hour float is the equivalent of 4 hours quality sleep!
The specifically designed float tanks are filled with body temperature water containing over 500kgs of Epsom salts, allowing your body to become completely buoyant and float effortlessly.
This zero gravity effect allows your spine to decompress, relieving pressure on the spine, muscles and joints.
The absence of external stimulation in the tank provides the perfect environment to relax, heal and detoxify.

Enjoyed my first time although I got out 10 minutes early as I felt the time was right. Clean and well maintained. My body felt great afterwards

Flotation Tank
Very relaxing. Next time I would go later in the day so I could rest afterwards. (They provide Vaseline for any open wounds but the salt still stung my hands, which have eczema on them.)

1st time, AMAZING
1st time floating, lady was so lovely and cheerful. Had a pod and it was truely a relaxing experience. Definitely will do this again and recommending to everyone to give it a go. The place is very clean and welcoming
