lucieb said... It was truly magical. Grant, our driver, was very nice and shared a lot of info about New Zealand and Hobbiton. He also helped me to take some photos. Our movie set guide Josh was very nice as well and also took a photo of me as well as other lovely people taking the tour with me. Overall it was an amazing tour and I would recommend it to everyone. The entire movie set has such lovely atmosphere and the hobbit holes (houses) are so adorable and beautifully done. I would just appreciate to have more time to just wander around because I take very long to take photos and videos and I was at the end of our group most of the time and probably missed some info Josh was sharing. But I understand that there are a lot of people coming to this place so we can’t really spend half of the day there. Josh never rushed us so it was up to us to catch up with the group or stay behind a few times to take amazing shots and admire the houses a little bit longer.
