Beautiful venue and fast, friendly service. The food was delicious!
Although the dinner menu choices were not that many, what they did have was extremely tasty and well portioned. I had dumplings as a starter and they were very delicious, followed by the Akaroa Salmon, which again was very tasty. The staff were very friendly, and supplied a doggie bag for the left overs, however my only fault with the restaurant is the speed of service, which I’ve found to be disappointingly slow, on every occasion I’ve been.
This was delicious! We went for an early breakfast and it was fabulous! It did not disappoint. We had an eggs benedict - one with mushrooms and one with bacon and also the big breakfast. All were super tasty and the coffees were good too. The service was friendly and attentive.
Lovely surprise to see a lovely old building set a little way from centre of Christchurch but worth the 17 min drive! The staff was attentive and the gf options were a delight. My coeliac husband got carried away and ordered a 3 course meal!!
