Elizabeth Winter said... Arrived in good time for my flight, however there was an issue with the weather, and we were delayed. It then seemed other guests were arriving and going ahead of my group. We were kept waiting over an hour whilst this went on. Why? No explanation was given. It was really frustrating to say the least. I asked someone for an update, he said two minutes and disappeared! Never to be seen again. When we did eventually fly, it was very good thanks to the pilot.
