I sent my parents with lots of expectations to create a wonderful sweet memory. But the driver was unwelcoming and I felt so bad.
This activity for my parents was very special for me and was looking forward to giving them a memorable experience. Unfortunately driver made their mood down and they were disappointed.
I think customers service in tourist activity is very important.
