Be sure to keep an eye out along the way for seals basking in the sun, pods of dolphins and even the rare Fiordland Crested Penguins that can be found seasonally within the region.
Our 2 hour cruises have strictly limited passenger numbers, ensuring you an intimate and authentic experience of one of the world’s most beautiful scenic destinations. Mitre Peak
I love the cruise, the friendly and very welcoming staff, entertaining and informative commentary. Good size vessel with enough room to move around for photos and a relaxing cruise. I like the commentary on the waterfalls making us 10 years younger! 😃 Thanks God for that fantastic autumn weather yesterday. Mesmerizing Milford with Mitre Peak cruise

Milford Sound cruise review
I would rate average and no where near hyped reviews I read before booking this adventure. Ofcourse my review could be seasonal as my travel in April 2025 was only fulfilled with mountains and a couple of small waterfalls. Not worth a cruise costing me approx $400 for a family of 4 and $30 for 3 hrs parking. Definitely not worth when it is April or summer as you can take good fotos from the Milford sound terminal itself without paying for cruise, you will still pay for car park though. I think paying extra parking cost, $10/hour is a waste too which is over and above ticket cost.

Incredible Experience with Miter Peak Cruise
I have had a really good experience choosing miter peak cruise ship. Initially I was doubting as the cruise ships seems quite small and thought it wouldn't be worth it seeing all other big cruise ship park next to it. However, my point of view has changed after the entire experience I had. Thanks to it's captain taking all the time in the world and showing us the dolphins which was unexpected. I would highly recommend Miter peak Milford cruise it's worth the money.
