Dive into the world of Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) with an exciting group lesson!

Whether a complete beginner or someone looking to refine skills, this session is ideal. Learn the fundamental techniques such as board handling, water safety, and self-rescue, but also balance, paddling straight, turning, stopping and often more. Friendly instructors will guide each step, helping participants gain confidence while having fun.

As the basics are mastered, get ready for enjoyable games designed to enhance paddling ability. Picture gliding across the water, surrounded by stunning views, laughter, and the sound of splashing waves. If time allows, there will be a chance to paddle freely in the beautiful bay, soaking up the sun and the serene atmosphere.

Duration

  • Allow approximately 1 hour for the whole experience

Location

  • We set up and operate directly on the beach. Our trailer is parked next to the beach in the main carpark at 44 Tamaki Drive. This is at the city end of Mission Bay.

Notes

  • Parking: Free parking is available. Please arrive on time and ready to go. It is recommended to arrive at least 15 min earlier than your booking time and allow extra time to park and get changed if needed.

    Please Note:

    Minimum numbers are required for the tour to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not met you will be offered either an alternative date or a full refund.

    The operator carries inherent risks that follow strict safety procedures.


  • Customer Cancellations:

    If you wish to cancel your tour you can do up until 48 hours before you tour departure however there will be a 25% administration fee applies. Date changes are available but not within 48 hours of departure.

    You will receive no refund:

    1. If you give fewer than 48 hours before your tour departure time.

    2. If you miss the tour departure (e.g. sleeping late, unexpected illness or injury, vehicle breakdowns, etc);

    3. If you do not turn up;

    4. If we have to cancel the booking because of client unsuitability due to age, ill health, poor fitness, inappropriate physical size, intoxication, etc.
