Marie said... The cruise was nice and peaceful. Our guide's enthusiasm was contagious, and the carvings were impressive. The complimentary hot chocolate and coffee and the poncho made my cold frog's experience all the more enjoyable. A beautiful way to spend a morning in Taupo, followed by a hike up Mount Tauhara, recommended by the guide (whose name I unfortunately don't remember, shame on me).
