Booked a massage for two people. The massage its self was pretty good and the staff were sweet.
However the room was not warm enough we were both still a bit cold, my feet were very cold and I had goosebumps almost the entire massage. I think the room just needs to be a tad warmer in winter. The massage table was heated but air temp was on the cooler side.
While we were having our massage two people walked into the room and my masseuse had to leave my massage and briefly sort them out which I think is not ideal, we were behind a certain and we could hear the other people whispering and chatting which was not relaxing and it made the massage feel rushed at the end as they needed to get the other people their massage. That was very distracting and I couldn’t not relax when they came in. They basically had back to back massages, we booked for 11 and the others booked for 12 so it felt a bit rushed at the end and they didn’t have time between clients.
The staff are nice though! Just need to brush up on some things.
