Great experience

Great to see use being made of the old Rotorua railway line. Would be fantastic if use of the track beyond Mamaku in the future.

NZ at its best

Free ice cream! But seriously, I thought we were going to cycle the 28 km, instead we had a small covered train for ourselves. 14 km each way - coffee, milo, tea at the mid point. Charming, interesting and fun. Glad they provided blankets as we were last trip of the day and caught amazing sunsets and the most charming NZ scenery around. The staff made us so so welcome and source of interesting info too.

Very Disappointing

We turned up for our booking on the Monday 21st April at 8.40am. No one showed up and notes left on the door from other people saying had a boojing and noone turned up. Very dissappibting as travelled especially for this. booking. Tried calking the number supplied but bo response and no response till this day from them apologizing that no one turned up. I wouldn't rush to book here as website still operating and able to book on there as well. Very disappointing and would like a full refund.

What Rail Trail??

We arrived at 8.30 for 9am trail. No one was there at the depot, no previous contact to say it was not running, my sister had travelled from Sydney to join me as we had grown up in this area. We were very disappointed. This company is doomed to fail. They have our money and now want it back. We have tried many times to make contact but all has failed. Maybe you can organise a refund for us?
