Staff are friendly, equipment was kept tidy and self service easy enough. Wednesday nights are perfect if you want a busier atmosphere but with a calmer vibe than a Friday.
Excellent activity Not too cold , fun atmosphere, everything you need is available at cafe as welll
I rented a Skate Aid and was told to take my ticket to collect it and return the ticket afterwards for a $5 deposit refund. At no point was I told about a key, and no key was handed to me. After using the Skate Aid, I returned it with my ticket and was then told I could not get my deposit back because I did not return a key. This was the first time anyone had mentioned a key. The staff member later said it had been attached to the Skate Aid and that the ticket stated it must be returned. My concern is that staff never verbally explained this requirement or confirmed that I had received a key when the Skate Aid was issued. It seems unfair to refuse a refund based on something I was never made aware of and never knowingly received. I am sharing this experience so that future customers can be properly informed when renting a Skate Aid.

Good value for good fun
My son and his friends had a great time. Only complaint is that they didn’t make better use of their loud speaker to announce that hot food would stop being sold at a certain time and when it was 5mins before the end of the session.
