You’ll have an absolute ball as you twist, slide and whizz your way down the fresh snowy slopes of our custom made tubing tracks.

With tube sizes for both adults and children, families can now enjoy the magic of snow tubing in a Winter Wonderland! Winter Wonderland is a safe, family-friendly Alpine Village in the snow dome where kids and adults can have fun on the snow away from skiers and snowboarders.

When you are not Tubing, take time out to explore the Alpine Village, make snow angels, throw snowballs, play hide & seek amongst the trees, toboggan, and of course, take great photos and selfies.

Just 30 minutes from Auckland, Snowplanet is New Zealand’s only indoor snow resort - bringing you the atmosphere and facilities of an alpine resort all year round.

    1. Capacity Limits
    2. All bookings are subject to facility capacity. Pre-paid and pre-booked tickets guarantee entry for the booked session only. Walk-in customers may be declined if we are at capacity.
    3. Non-Refundable Policy
    4. All school holiday bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. This includes change-of-mind, lateness, weather conditions, or personal circumstances (including illness or unwillingness to participate).
    5. Rescheduling
    6. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to availability. Requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows or last-minute changes will not be rescheduled or refunded.
    7. Customer Responsibility
    8. It is the customers responsibility to arrive on time for the booked session. Late arrivals may result in reduced session time or refusal of entry without refund.
    9. Facility Rights
    10. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone once the facility is at capacity, in line with safety requirements. Pre-paid bookings will be prioritised.

We had the BEST time at Snowplanet! From the moment we walked in, it felt like stepping into a winter wonderland. We got lucky because it wasn’t too busy when we went, which meant we basically had the tubing slides to ourselves. nonstop laughs, no waiting, just pure fun! 🤩 The one-hour pass was more than enough for us to make the most of it, and we definitely squeezed in as many rides as we could. Such a fun and unique experience, and honestly one of those days you just know you’ll remember for a long time. If you’re looking for something different and full of laughs, this is it. Can’t wait to go back! ⛄✨
