Enjoy the healing properties of bathing in heated ocean water and top it off with a massage from friendly and experienced therapists to really treat your body, mind, and soul. Walk on in and feel like you are 'floating' on out totally and completely relaxed.
Move through the 5 outdoor pools ranging from 32 - 39 Degrees Celsius, to find that perfect temperature or water jet on your legs, backs or shoulders.
As far back as 500BC, Hippocrates recognised the benefits of warmed seawater for its ability to rebalance and detoxify our bodies.
Salt water bathing was believed to improve mobility by easing muscle and joint inflammation, and general aches and pains

Beautiful hot salt water pools, clean changing rooms and clean facilities, friendly staff, best hot pools in NZ so far by a long way.

A must do
This is tbe third time I have been to the Mount Hot Pools and the second time I have taken my 96 year old Dad. It’s so friendly and helpful and you feel so much better afterwards. Special Mention to the massage jets that gave my back such relief!
