Nature connect, health boost
Beautiful environment, absolutely stunning mineral water to nourish your skin and internal functions. Dragonflies dancing, birds singing, steam gently riding off the blue water. Waterfalls od silica water make the rocks look almost wax like. Several temperatures pools. Classy and presented with pride. A real must! No kids, ahhhhh. Tranquil.

The best!!
Wairakei never fails to amaze us each time we go! I accidently booked the wrong day and the lovely young lady was just so accomodating. Staff, pools, everything, just so so awesome. We love coming all the way from Auckland just to swim here! No matter the season.

Lovely place to visit!
We absolutely loved the hot pools at Wairakei, a heavenly place to relax! Only one criticism: when booking our voucher on the Bookme site, it did not allow us to select a time. Yet when we arrived at the hotpools, the lady behind the counter tried to charge us $5.00 per person extra for "being late". Luckily I had checked with the I-site whether it was save to book through Bookme so I could make clear that the site does not allow to select a time which means we cannot be charged a fee for "being late". A very disappointing start of the experience which I hope will not be repeated with other visitors! The 5 stars refer to the pools not to the welcome.
