Winter
Great offer on bookme. It was a nice experience and not too crowded since it's winter holiday season. But sanitation could be improved.

Worst Experience
This turned out to be an extremely unpleasant experience. Initially, only one slide was operational. Upon raising our concerns, we were informed that only one pump was in operation, despite the other pump running – the water level, however, was deemed too low, at least in my engineering perspective. Suddenly, without prior notice, we were instructed to vacate the deep end of the outdoor pool due to a swim school setting up, limiting everyone else in the pool to just a quarter of the space. The staff displayed rudeness, and the on-duty manager adamantly refused a refund when I voiced my dissatisfaction. Considering the lack of communication regarding these issues at the time of ticket purchase.

Great day out with the kids but come on parakai tiles missing in pool open drainage holes leaking hydroslides no kiddie area 1 lifeguard during school holidays you are an accident waiting to happen
