Suddenly, without prior notice, we were instructed to vacate the deep end of the outdoor pool due to a swim school setting up, limiting everyone else in the pool to just a quarter of the space. The staff displayed rudeness, and the on-duty manager adamantly refused a refund when I voiced my dissatisfaction. Considering the lack of communication regarding these issues at the time of ticket purchase.
