The friendly staff were really helpful and despite wiping out two times, I enjoyed my 2 hours and didn't injure myself. I already knew how to slow down - using the snowplow technique, which is putting the tips of the skis together, but a helpful staff member told me how to slow down better by also putting my knees together. Very helpful advice which has improved my skiing.
