Great experience
Our tour guide was funny & informative… we loved his stories about each lake we visited, kids had fun! Best part was going into the lake

Fantastic
This is one of the best tours I've ever been on without a doubt. Funny, informative, interesting, and engaging. Learnt about the amazing history of the machine itself. Learnt about Rotorua and it's environs. Learn masses about volcanoes and the history in the central north island. And saw some beautiful scenery and laughed a lot. Money very well spent.

Disappointed.
The duck was very noisy and the guide did not put his microphone on at first so we were unable to hear the safety briefing at all. Even after putting it on he was very hard to hear. Very disappointed that we were told we would not be going on the Blue lake due to an event taking place. Going on the Blue Lake was one of the reasons we booked to do this tour and feel we should have been told about this when booking in not once as we had started the journey. We booked the 120 minute tour and feel it would have been nice to have been shown something else to take its place eg tour of the Government Gardens. Views across the lakes were lovely.

Fantastic scenery and history
I am from Rotorua. I took my 13yr old granddaughter for her birthday. It was a fantastic outing. So much local knowledge and an entertaining commentary. I would recommend it to anyone young or old. Definitely worth the money.
