After using the Skate Aid, I returned it with my ticket and was then told I could not get my deposit back because I did not return a key. This was the first time anyone had mentioned a key. The staff member later said it had been attached to the Skate Aid and that the ticket stated it must be returned.
My concern is that staff never verbally explained this requirement or confirmed that I had received a key when the Skate Aid was issued. It seems unfair to refuse a refund based on something I was never made aware of and never knowingly received.
I am sharing this experience so that future customers can be properly informed when renting a Skate Aid.
