Bioluminescence kayak
Very pleasurable way to spend an evening and to learn about the bioluminescence. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable and we really enjoyed the paddle and the bioluminescence especially the galaxy.

Bioluminescence tour
We had a fabulous trip with Canoe and Kayak. There was a big group of people booked on the tour, but this was really well managed by having a good number of guides to paddler ratio. Our guide, Josh, gave us great advice for paddling safely and was really knowledgeable about the area and this fascinating phenomenon and helped us recognise it really quickly. Totally recommend this company and we look forward to booking another tour soon.

Lack of communication after cancellation
They cancelled my booking due to the weather and asked whether I wanted to reschedule or get a refund. Unfortunately, since then, I haven’t received any response; neither by email, phone calls, nor messages. I really needed an answer to finalize my travel plans, especially as I live abroad. I hope to hear back soon.

Loved It!
Even though our original day was cancelled due to the weather, Caitlin booked us in for the very next day. The kayak itself was amazing, and we got taught how to kayak, as well as all the different types of bioluminescence that we could see. Santiago really let us spend our time enjoying and revelling in the beauty of the experience. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful evening experience
The team were all very friendly and knowledgeable. After a brief safety briefing we went out and were explained what to look out for. We felt like we had time to explore. We managed to see some decent bioluminescence so were happy with this. I would recommend not trying to take photos as they don't come out too well, just enjoy the experience. Would recommend
