No prior experience is necessary as you will be given full and comprehensive training but basic swimming skills is recommended
All you need is a reasonable level of fitness, a sense of fun and adventure, swimwear and a towel.

Great Experience
The guides make you feel safe at all times while also ensuring that you have a great time in the water. A highlight was being able to swim down a short section of the river and truly experience the rapids. Would definitely recommend!

Awesome experience
We arrived a day early for our rafting experience and were welcomed in to join that afternoon. After a quick safety briefing and change into warmer clothes we were in the river paddling. Due to the excellent briefing by Col our raft easily and safely navigated the rapids with no flipping - and even took the opportunity to jump out the raft to swim down one set rapids. This was my first rafting trip and would do it again in a heartbeat
