Restrictions

  • Minimum age: 16

  • The minimum age for a massage is 16 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, a legal guardian must sign your waiver as consent on your behalf and be present in the room. Please note: massages can only be purchased by someone minimum 18 years old.

    Pregnancy: No massages in the first trimester.

    Please note that if you require a pregnancy massage to contact us first before booking so we can allocate your booking to a pregnancy-trained therapist. Nadi Wellness reserves the right to refuse a massage if we were not informed regarding a pregnancy and no pregnancy-trained therapist is requested and booked.

    To protect the well-being of our team and visitors, we kindly ask that anyone feeling unwell or has a contagious condition, to refrain from using our services until they are better. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in creating a safe space for all. We reserve the right to refuse service to those experiencing symptoms that may pose a risk to others, in alignment with our health and safety policies. In case of sickness, please inform us via email ASAP in the morning. It is up to Nadi Wellness' discretion if we allow a partial refund or rescheduling.

Notes

  • Important Booking Information:

    Please allow about 75 minutes for your full experience (including consultation).

    -Nadi Wellness will email you with your confirmed start time (office hours: MonSun, 8am1.30pm, closed public holidays). Bookings are only confirmed once you receive this email please also check your Spam/Junk folders.

    -Appointment slots are start between times, meaning your treatment may begin at any point within that range depending on availability. Requests for preferred times can be made via email, but cannot be guaranteed.

    Operator Cancellation Policy:

    No refunds are given for bookings made within 24 hours if the allocated time does not suit.

    Last-minute cancellations impact everyone. If you need to cancel, please give at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. In special cases (e.g. road closures, delayed flights, medical visits) a 30% refund may be possible with proof. (This is separate from Bookme's Ts & Cs)

    For pregnancy massage, please contact us before booking so we can assign a pregnancy-trained therapist.
