Pleased we did the 1 hour trip. Good sights along the lake and river was fun. The 360 degree spins are the best. Not as thrilling as the Shotover jet ride but great scenery and a lot longer.
Thank you to the Thunderjet Team for providing us with a Rollercoaster experience on our 28th anniversary. We always felt safe and in good hands with Chris who marshalled that jetboat like a Rockstar. Definitely an experience to put on your agenda when you visit Queenstown. Thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Regards Nathan and Hayley Stellenberg
I figured if I sat next to the pilot Iโd stay dry. In theory and in my head, it made sense. Sigh. The pilot was very experienced at making you feel like you were about to hit something before pulling away at the last second, raising the excitement level to max. He was also very knowledgeable, humorous and had great stories. All in all a cracking adventure.

Water, views, and tunes. Awesome!
We had a great a ride in the Orange Peril. Jess (our driver) kept us entertained with her skills, fun facts, and just the right amount of getting wet. Everyone on-board had smiles on their faces. To top it off, the growl of the twin V8's was perfectly accompanied by Jess's pounding "white girl" music. Definitely awesome!
