Trip to and from Rakiura great. Boat clean and tidy and comfortable to travel in. Staff and crew helpful and assisted relative with mobility issues. Great Service 👍
Even though the weather on the way to Stewart Island was quite windy, the crew was very attentive to the passengers, especially if/when someone was experiencing motion sickness. The ride back to Bluff was much calmer, and the crew was still caring and kept safety at the forefront.
Ferries departed on time. Check in process fast and easy. Boarding times also perfect. Ferry was comfortable. And we were lucky with a nice navigation. And Stewart Island welcomed us with a beautiful rainbow. Everything great.
Wonderful trip, crew were awesome and such a beautiful place to visit.
