sheenam1 said... This place is 15 minutes from glenorchy and such a wonderful hidden gem. In summer would be beautiful going through the gardens looking around. Very informative host, we got to view the house as well which is amazing, artwork out of sand, repurposed wood, a fish tank in the toilet. Got to see ducks, geese and peacocks, even peacock chicks. It is confusing where to go when you get there but head to the main house and someone should greet you.

Situated on the beautiful Lake Wakatipu, this stunning garden boasts hundreds of different flowers in full bloom and a collection of water features, fish ponds, sculptures, interesting varieties of birds like peacocks and a unique house like in a fairy tale.
