Me and my friends enjoyed the kiwi encounter at Kiwi park. We saw 4 kiwibirds and 1 of them is huge.will definitely recommend this especially those with kids.
The park is small but contains super interesting animals native to New Zealand. 10/10 worth the time spent there. Especially the Kiwi bird that was consistently pacing around was damn cute!
The kiwi enclosure is fantastic, after about 5 minutes you can see the kiwis quite well. Great to be so close to them. The other displays are great too, and the gardens all though make it a nice walk around.
We had spare time in Queenstown and took our teenage kids to the Kiwi Park in Queenstown as we knew we wouldn't see one otherwise. The park is great, the map of the park is a little confusing but otherwise you will see species that you probably wouldn't whilst travelling. As it was this was the only place we saw a kiwi and kea so happy to have seen it. The talk about the kiwis was very informative. We didn't wait around for the conservation talk

Their staffs were amazing and the place has all kinds of beautiful birds. The kiwis are so cute and seems to be very happy running around. I definitely recommend this place.
