The whole experience was so amazing, so nice to have dinner while riding on a sailing boat. And another best way to enjoy sunset in the City of Sails Auckland. Thanks to the amazing team headed by Captain Conan and his crew Justin and Daanz. I will highly recommend this.
Fantastic crew, great experience and awesome food... thoroughly enjoyed the outing and would do it again in a heart beat! Thank you for a great first experience.
It’s a very impressive fishing trip, highly recommended!
Really great 2 hours on America's cup Yacht. Good safety briefing followed by gentle exit from the harbour. Got people involved on the grinders to get the sails up then we were off. Breeze picked up as we got out of the harbour and had Gennicker up down wind. Lots of us allowed to have a go on the wheel. Crew all competent sailors who let you be as involved as you wanted to be. Great beat on the way back in. Another one off the bucket list. Just need to get some foiling up to date boats for a bang up to date experience of a lifetime.
The team were very friendly and helpful. It was a nice day out and we saw lots of dolphins but no whales. The crew decided it wasn’t enough ans that we deserved a return voucher so we can come back again anytime. It was a bumpy ride so make sure you bring some weatherproof clothing.
The crews are very professional and welcoming. Service is excellent. Amazing view of the harbour in the sunset. Food was average though and not very kids friendly, might worth bring own food for little kids. Overall, a very unique exprience. Highly recommended
The company called to say that they didn't have minimum number required for the lunch time sailing and offered us a morning or afternoon sailing. We opted for the 10.30 sailing and we weren't disappointed. The weather was perfect, Brad the skipper was super friendly, humorous and informative. Everyone who wanted to got an opportunity to take the wheel. We also got hot drinks and a cookie whilst listening to the safety briefing. This was an awesome experience and would definitely do it again. It you have 2 hours to spare, spend it doing this excursion.
We had a lovely meal before attending a concert, we had a starter and mains. We dont live in auckland but will be back for sure on our next visit. The manager was lovely and we had a great chat before and after our meal .thankyou
Pauline, thank you so much for am incredible afternoon of fun. We absolutely loved our tour with you, and cannot wait to come back. You taught us so much, both about Devonport and about riding Segways. It was so lovely to meet you. Tarsha and Kristian 🌸
Fantastic- thanks Pauline. We had great time. The tour was excellent. If you want to see a little bit of Devonport- this is the way to do it. Lots of fun and a wee history lesson as well.
Thank for a great time in deven Port first time on a zegway was, alot of fun the instructions was easy to follow our tour guide knew alot about the area and gave us some recommendations to do later that was helpful we got some lovely views area Devon Port and some free time on the zegway highly recommend
Thank you so much for the great service, good food & beautiful experience we had blast we will be back. Brilliant outstanding customer service we were well looked after, up on our arrival we were great by friendly smile, we didn’t even need to tell them we booked from bookme, they knew which was impressive I’ve been to so many places & always had to tell them we from bookme & we getting a discount, they ask for ur email confirmation etc but they had all that info already. They catered to all our needs and wants , especial made drinks as requested, food was great & customer service that I’ve never seen before, beautiful atmosphere , beautiful place & view to die for thanks Michael & the chef we will be back
Great dining experience. Attendants were accommodating. Value for money on food and drinks. Just need to do some redecorating or renovations to improve the ambiance.
I got the tickets the next day after I made the booking. The trip was great!
A beautiful day over at Rangitoto, the ferry service was awesome, the staff were well organised getting travellers on the correct ferry’s going to various islands. Walk to the peak to admire the beautiful view and have a snack then back down again to catch the ferry and enjoy a great afternoon in the city Totally recommend for a family day out.
Awesome experience aboard the Fullers Ferry. Excellent communication, friendly staff, nice clean boats. As for the island itself…. Magic!!! I took my 4 year old grandson to walk to the summit. On the way back we detoured to the lava caves. A little bit more challenging to get to them, a lot of rock scrambling required, but lots of fun. Highly recommend this experience. I can’t wait to get back!
Had an amazing time, but felt rushed over at Rangitoto needed way more time to explore. Perfect day, Perfect weather.
Ferry is on schedule and we had a smooth ride. Its is full 360, fantastic view! All staff are nice and we enjoy having beer on board. Kuddos!
Very good experience and friendly staffs.
Both loops are able to fit within the ferry times. There is plenty of places and time to stop for snacks and swimming. The beachs are amazing. Nothing like watching a weka try to steal your neighbours swimming bag snd make a run for it
Great experience throughout the journey
I t was amazing experience for my family.. cause it's our first time to visit Rangitoto Island, we're as we live here in New Zealand for 7 yrs now... and am so glad that we had a chance to explore it!! great adventure ...
To say it in one word...AWSOME...Te Oka (tour guides Name) is such a nice guy and you realize quite early that it is not just any of those typical tourist tours. He is telling vet interesting stories and you feel that he is emotional connected to Auckland and the history. If you wanna have 2,5h of fun, creepy moment and some nice spots, go for it. Definitely worth the money
Had an awesome time with the Family both there and back to Auckland. Very well looked after and Facilities onboard were clear and safe. One Recommendation, if someone has not already put thru....On our return, there were a few people that Jumped the Que...In avoiding creating a Scene, we just kept silent..A few in the queue also were not happy. There was Special Que on the Left-hand side and we assumed they had paid a Higher Fare or Priority Boarding. The queue went right out to the side of the Raod and the Lady at the Entrance said that we were lucky if we got on as it was a very busy Evening. We are Planning another Trip with the Family and acknowledge the Safety and Beauty of the Scenery both onboard and on Land.
Great family day out… a wonderful variety of terrain and gorgeous view from the summit. Our journey to and from the island was lovely on the ferry. Clean, with clear signs and obvious adherence to Covid-19 protocols. We felt health & safety was at the foremost with the crew. Glad for a smooth voyage both ways as well. Many thanks
Excellent service and beautiful visit for a day trip...Ferry ride is just wow awesome experience.
From the booking up to the experience finished, it was smooth and easy. Good to explore Waiheke the second time around. Don’t forget to dine at Fenice if you fancy Italian food.
beautiful experience. we will definitely be back for an overnight stay or two. so much more to explore.
Was amazing trip, Ferry staff were very helpful throughout the whole service. Take plenty of water and good walking shoes
Great way to escape the city. Love the beaches and wineries there.
Highly recommend the fullers ferry to Rangitoto Island. Quick trip over. The hike up met our expectations and luckily we went prepared with suitable footwear, hat, water and food for our excursion. View from top was worth it. The Lava caves were excellent too, adventurous types will love them (some tight spaces) Leave your prams at home parents, your 5+ can walk it (take some incentives)
Great trip. Great views and a good achievable walk. The boat was late leaving on this day (20 minutes) which was the only negative. We really appreciated that there was pads and tampons available for free in the toilets- times are changing.
Short ferry trip with snacks to purchase on board. Good maps of island with reasonable walk time estimates. Watch out for signposts to lava caves, half way along the trail there are 3 caves - left is very short and tight, middle is ok, right is dead end. At the end of the trail is a big easy one. We had a lovely time.
Wonderful day, great experience. Would highly recommend doing.
