I was quite disappointed with the service here. This was my first time at Winnie’s and was so excited because I’ve only heard great things about them. However while I was eating, a waitress asked if I was finished while I was mid-bite and still had several slices left, which felt quite rude. The pizza was good but not amazing, and I later realised I’d been given a medium instead of the small I ordered as I was just dining alone but by then I had already finished eating. When I brought it up at the counter, the cashier didn’t check with the waitress and simply said “there’s nothing I can do” and he expected me to pay the medium price which I did. Overall the customer service was very poor. For such a popular restaurant, I expected much better.
