Stunning sensational special paradise
First time visitor what a amazing experience friendly helpful staff on entry very happy I booked online early well worth the money cheap will definitely be coming back with family again recommend to all beautiful surroundings in natural native trees bush with birds pools waterfalls amazing warm waters natural minerals in energising cleansing healing rejuvenating uplifting spiritual relaxing a must do if you visit Taupō .variety of pools and temperatures to choose nice size staff checking temperature every hour maintaining our comfort I love the outdoors secluded and even rained a little drizzle wow very blessed magical experience for all in the pool

Excellent venue
Relaxing and peaceful. Best to book ahead and use a booking platform for cheaper tickets. Take sunhat if sunny as there is no shade in the pools. WC and shower area could use a spruce up and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Lockers available for hire. Highly recommend ice cold shower in between dips for healthy glow. Do not put head under the pool water. Can be slippery so recommend shoes like crocs etc.

Amazing Time and team!
We ´ Ve been 2 times at those pools, and each time was amazing. It’s beautifull, the team is very adorable and pools very warm and conforting for a very good Price! We advice everybody to come ! Thanks!
