Nice experience - a few things to get better
The pools are very nice and clean, also the environment is pretty relaxing. Changing rooms could be better offering more showers instead of a very big single one. The pools don’t have really confortable places to sit or lay down like in others I’ve been making a bit harder to relax completely. that made me feel like they don’t invite you to stay long hours.

Relax and Reflect
Always a wonderful experience for us when in Taupo. Pretty surroundings, clean pools, soothing water at different temperatures to cater for different requirements. Highly recommend.

Lovely relaxing experience
The pools are lovely and the setting is really good. It was very busy and the bathrooms are set out terribly. The lockers are at the entrance so when someone is using one it blocks the door. Plus they are very small for the size of the place

On a rainy day
Our experience was ok, but there wasn’t any lockers available, and I wasn't aware that you had to book them, a bit disappoints with that but overall it was good
