During the Cruise Peter will point out areas of interest & tell you some of the history of Te Anau & the Lake, before making our way back to the wharf.
We only have a small number of people on each cruise so you can have a relaxing time & enjoy the 1 on 1 experience with your skipper & follow cruisers. As we cruise along your skipper will point out areas of interest combined with some of the history of Te Anau & the Lake.
The first part of the cruise takes us along the lakefront to Bluegum Point where the boat harbour is located, we then carry on cruising north to view the newer area of town before making our way across the lake to Brod Bay. From Brod Bay we will follow the Beech forest shoreline past Dock Bay on our way to the lake Control Gates, part of the Manapouri Hydro Power Scheme. Cruise past the Golf Course with the Million Dollar views on our way back.

Great Lake trip!
Would recommend this Bay cruise to anyone who didn't want a full day sounds cruise. My husband & I were fortunate enough to be the only ones going at the time & so felt lucky to have this trip to ourselves. Peter was very informative & answered anything we wanted to know. Well done & thank you Peter.

Comfortable short boat cruise on the lake
We had a good time on our short cruise of the lower part of the lake. 'Captain Peter' told us a few bits and pieces about Lake Te Anau and kept it interesting. Can only recommend; especially if you're only in the area for a short time.

Absolutely fantastic!
Fantastic wee cruise around the bay, Peter was full of information and able to speak to everyone as it's smaller groups. I had my 4 year old with me and everyone was really good with her too! The optional lunch was amazing! Great value for price! All in all, 5 stars from us! Would recommend to anyone & will definitely be booking another one on our next trip!
