This experience compared to the ice bar by the gondola was shocking. You are literally just in a freezer, it doesn’t resemble a bar at all. Way too over priced for what it is.
The female staff member was extremely rude , other guests had commented the same. We paid for and ordered our drinks and she vanished with no one manning the bar or even down there with us for 15 minutes. When she got back she couldn’t even remember who we were or what our drinks were, the group beside us experienced the same. We left the second our drinks were done. There is empty open boxes everywhere, the glasses aren’t well made , your drink ends up melting the bottom of the ice which has never happened in other bars - then you get blamed for it. Was just a shocker of an experience. Wouldn’t go back. Would go to the one by the gondola instead.
