You agree to arrive on time for your booking

If you can no longer make your reservation you agree to notify the restaurant directly as soon as possible

You acknowledge that multiple no-shows or any other abuse of service may result in the termination of your account and services with Bookme.

If your reservation includes a Discount Coupon you agree to these Discount Coupon Specific Conditions:

- This Discount Applies to Food Only. Drinks are Full Price and one must be purchased per guest.

Two courses must be ordered per person eg one starter and one main or one main and one dessert

Discount does not apply to Crayfish and Oysters.

- OneCoupon must be purchased for each person attending. Seats are Strictly Limited and we cannot accommodate extra people if they are not included in your booking/ reservation.

- Vouchers are non transferable, non refundable and valid only for the date & time specified.

- If you arrive at the restaurant more than 15 minutes after the time specified on your booking confirmation your Discount Voucher will have expired, and the restaurant is under no obligation to honour the discount or the booking.

- Bookme Discount Voucher's cannot be combined or used in conjunction with any other discount or promotion the restaurant may be running.

- Your voucher entitles you to a generous 90-minute table booking time, starting from your specific voucher booking time. Please be aware that table will be rebooked after this point.

- Bookings cannot be made across different times, or discounts and then combined to accommodate for extra people or for any other reason. On any such bookings the discount will be deemed null and void, and you will receive no refund.

Service was amazing. Emily and Alex definitely made up for most the of the 5 star. The food was so underwhelming that thankfully we use voucher . Would have not been happy if we were paying full price. Such as shame. Great location , amazing staff . Food is 1 out of 10

Our second visit in the last few months being locals - our experience was the same as the first, wonderful food and a delightful dining experience with wonderful lake views. Couldn't fault a thing and the Rabbit Ranch wine is exceptionally good. We will be back ....

Wonderful Dining Experience

Having lived in Queenstown for 3 years we eventually booked a table at FINZ recently. The food was spectacular- seafood chowder followed by the seafood pasta for me and the prawns started followed by the beef cheeks for my wife. Everything was cooked to perfection and the ambience and staff were excellent too. Could not recommend this restaurant highly enough and planning my next visit.
