Anél duPreez said... Pools were stunning, out o f season so not busy. Did have an issue where I'd made a booking months in advance through getyourguide and I had to pay closer to the time. As I couldn't find any email or confirmation of the booking, I booked through Bookme and it happened to be cheaper. Booking was for the same day and time. Got a notification from getyourguide to say they were going to debit my account and I cancelled that booking. Opuke for some reason had cancelled both the getyourguide booking (that I'd cancelled) and my new booking through Bookme. When I arrived at Opuke and mentioned the time of my booking, name and surname the consultant advised she couldn't find me in the system. She asked for my email address, still said she couldn't locate me...but then found both bookings had been cancelled. No idea why both separate bookings, booked on different dates were both cancelled and why I had to be interrogated at reception in front of other consultants and other visitors about who I booked through etc. I was further told that I'd probably still be charged by getyourguide, because Opuke has already charged them, all while getyourguide has messaged to acknowledge no payment was made, booking wasn't finalized. This whole interaction left a bad taste. If it wasn't for this, I would've given a 5 star review
