Judy Jacobsen said... Booked a 4 person group for harbour sail at 12:37pm paid over $200 for the group. Arranged our afternoon around the instructed 3:00pm meet for a 3:15pm departure. On arrival to the sailing company kiosk I was asked if I received an email at 12:45pm as they had sent an email informing us that the cruise had been cancelled due to insufficient numbers (8 minimum). They said they called and left a voicemail which is a lie as I still 19 hours later have still not received the voicemail. Very poor and disappointing services run by the cruise company.
