Most Amazing Experience
Most Amazing Experience to see my own culture living and breathing in real life still to this day. An active and living village continuing to carry Maori Tikanga and life giving sources used for cooking, washing, bathing and just being in our world today. It was amazing to see, as this was my first time at Whakarewarewa Village. Definitely a place to go visit and experience.

Worth the visit!
I’d been here before but was taking my family for a trip. The village is fascinating. The landscape, the history and how the geo thermals are put to practical use. However, this time I’d say I enjoyed the tour so much more because of the lovely, informative and witty guide we had named Wai.

Very interesting
