No prior experience is necessary as you will be given full and comprehensive training but basic swimming skills is recommended
All you need is a reasonable level of fitness, a sense of fun and adventure, swimwear and a towel.

Kaituna is a well run outfit with fine guides. A great option for white water rafting.

I have now done this for a second time and it was just as amazing and fun! We had Pablo as a guide and he was the best! Always a bit scary to begin with! but Pablo kept us all assured and encouraged! And we all had the best time! I really recommend ! Youll be in great hands no matter what!

Highly recommend
3rd time doing the kaituna rafting, first time with kaituna cascades. By far the best of the lot. Very friendly staff take safety seriously but were also open to providing the best experience on the river.
