  This adventure involves travelling across open ocean, at times there may be rough sea, all medical conditions affected by sudden movements including back ailments and pregnancy must be disclosed before departure.

  Discount bookings are Non-Transferable and Non-refundable.

  Please Note:

  The vessel/trip is a high-speed excursion the Hole in the Rock in 90 minutes, the adventure is operated under Maritime NZ law and guidelines which require some strict operating parameters to be in place, please see the following as we want you to have a great time on this adventure excursion but also ensuring that it is safe for you and your family.

  The maximum weight is 120kg per person, this is the maximum weight the specially designed seats are rated for, please note we weigh all passengers as for operating procedures we require a total weight of all guests onboard.

  As being able to hold on at all times is important there are times where due to certain sea conditions, actual or forecasted a height restriction of 150cm may be imposed.

  If you have had or prior or currently have back, neck or head injuries, heart conditions, osteoporosis or any other medical conditions including the use of steroid medication or stress-relieving medication please ensure that this is disclosed to the Explore team before departure to ensure that you are suitable for travel. As part of this, we require all passengers to sign a passenger declaration form that they have read and understood these conditions.
