A hylight
It was very very good, sometimes a Little Bit too full but not too much and the rest was just soooo good!! Everyone was nice!

Extra charged
We arrived a little late and were charged extra for this. I asked what time we could stay until and the lady said that there was no limit. So we asked then why charge us extra for being late. The toilets were terrible and only one toilet in the main change rooms. We had great time In the pools.

Best mineral hot pools in New Zealand
For $17.50 there really should be no complaints compared to others in the country, this is too cheap, for what I would consider the best hot pools in this country. My partner and I are regular uses of Wairakei. The staff are kind and professional, the facilities are well looked after, the ambiance is amazing (go during the evening on a week night) weekends are incredible packed, however does not detract to much for the beautiful waters of Wairakei. If you are sick or injured head here you will heal.
