Disappointed with process

Dear Book Me Team, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had at Chawla Restaurant in Wellesley Street, Auckland, using a 50% discount voucher booked through your platform with reference LJHY23X4290642. Upon arriving at the restaurant at the exact scheduled time, I was shocked to be informed that they were not accepting Book Me vouchers. This created an embarrassing situation for me and my party, as we were left without a table despite being punctual. After displaying my booking details, the staff reluctantly accommodated us but provided a less than professional level of service. Furthermore, we were pressured to purchase drinks despite expressing our lack of interest. This added to the overall disappointment of our experience. I urge your team to ensure that businesses listed on Book Me honor the bookings made through your platform. This incident not only tarnished our New Year's Eve celebration but also raises concerns about the professionalism of Chawla Restaurant or potential miscommunication from the Book Me crew. I trust that you will investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to prevent similar incidents in the future. Rude waitress and your feedback means nothing. Buying coupon and showing up there feels like you they are doing a favour in serving you. Found a plastic in my dish and when told they were like yes it comes on this packet
