- Arrive at our Glenorchy base, nestled at the head of Lake Wakatipu. Meet your pilot, run through a short safety briefing, and get ready to lift off.

Love this! What an epic way to wrap up your trip — and we’re honoured to be part of Rachel’s first-ever snow experience (better late than never, right?). Huge shoutout to Scotty for making the magic happen — fresh snow, alpine views, and not a soul in sight... except the hare! Thanks for flying with us, and hope to see you both again for the next adventure!

One perfect snow landing in glenorchy
Yesterday we went with Heli Glenorchy and it was an amazing experience. I went with my parents and we all loved it. The snow landing was perfect and definitely the highlight of the trip. The pilot was very nice and made the whole experience even better. The only thing I’d like to point out is that on Book Me the description says it includes three landings, but in reality it was only one landing on the snow mountain. This should be updated so it’s clear for future customers. Overall, it was a really memorable and enjoyable experience.

Still can’t find the words to describe this amazing moment. It was stunning and something you have never seen before. And the pilot, Matt, he was incredible. I would say it’s totally worth it. This was one of the highlights of our South Island trip in New Zealand. 🇳🇿

Best helicopter ride
This ride is as magnificent as Franz josh. We landed on the edge of the snow mountain, the view is perfect and the snow is thick and fluffy. The pilot did not rush us to return and let us hav amount of time to enjoy the snow and phototaking.

Worth it for the amount they charged.
Great experience. But, I felt like the charge was higher than the flight charges from Auckland to queenstown. Overall our family had a marvelous experience. We were lost into the play individually. Amazingly

A magical experience
My partner Rachel has never played in the snow. Roll-eyes… she's a kiwi. After a week exploring the area e decided a snow landing would finish our holiday perfectly. Not just a hop up there Remarkables but a proper exploring flight and landing. Scotty our pilot watched the clouds and said we can do this. Safe, professional… we landed on almost virgin snow (only hare footprints!). Truely magical. Thanks team!
