Picking you up in our 12 seater air-conditioned van from the cruise ship wharf we head off on a 4-hour tour on the Bay of Islands.

The first stop on our unique tour will be a guided tour of a commercial Kiwifruit orchard where you see the processes the fruit goes through to be ready for export. Here you will also enjoy a cream tea treat!

The next stop brings us to Kawiti Glowworm Caves where a local Maori guide will lead you through the underground caves and teach you about the history of the caves and the Maori people who have owned them for over 400 years.

Our final stop of the day is at the Opua Kauri Forest which is 15,000 hectares and contains magnificent Kauri trees. Here you will enjoy a 30-minute walk in the beautiful and diverse forest.

We will then drop you back to the Wharf in time to hop back aboard your cruise ship.

    The itinerary of each tour is planned to match the exact schedule of your cruise ship. Bay of Islands shuttles & shore trips have been working with cruise ships in the Bay of Islands for a number of years. They have never failed to get passengers back to their ship on time!

  • All Cruise Ship tours depart/finish at the Bay of Islands Yacht Club, Waitangi Wharf. There is a maximum of 10 passengers per tour..
